Loop stuck in htlc published funds are on-chain cant recover

The adress bc1pxpvdy9464c3ay66p86uzwfhcr09luflr4axy7l0erlqgy2etqa4s2nfxm5 shows that there are sats in it and the channel was closed the loop in is stuck for days
is there anyway to recover the funds from the address ?

@mich3laj-beep - this points to a liquidity issue, there server is not able to pay your invoice.

In the worst case the on-chain funds will be swept back automatically to your wallet after 1000 blocks.
