Support for `stream`, `text` and `bytes`.
This was only required while testing things, not an actual API.
Also adds support for `ArrayBuffer` to js.zig.

This PR adds
BlobAPI and moves file API related code to their own folders.I'll also add SIMD version of scanning endings in a separate PR.
