ADD CDP testing helpers (mock Browser, Session, Page and Client). These are placeholders until tests are added which use them. Added a couple CDP tests.

The change look bigger than it is because the CDP struct was changed into a generic (so that mocks could be injected). This added a level of indentation.
Added a couple tests to get the ball rolling
