Two more LINQ extensions in dotnet 10

The preview 6 of dotnet 10 brings two more functions: InfiniteSequence and Sequence.

It should be noted that these methods work on generic numbers, instead of being restricted to int. Sequence<T>() requires T: INumber<T> but InfiniteSequence<T>() only requires T: IAdditionOperators<T,T,T>
