I've conducted a comprehensive search through the entire repository and found that no changes are required. The Bot repository is already fully compliant with the requirement to use --project instead of the deprecated -p flag.

Findings:

• ❌ No instances of deprecated -p flag found
• ✅ Existing dotnet commands already use proper syntax
• ✅ The one project-specific command uses --project correctly

Current compliant usage in csharp/run.sh:

dotnet run --project ./Platform.Bot/Platform.Bot.csproj $1 $2 $3 db.links HelloWorldSet 60

This issue can be closed as the repository is already in the desired state.
