How to use socket.io properly #707

Hi, what is the best practice to use socket.io. I have seen some solutions, But I want to hear from the main contributors how to add it properly, so I can be able to use it in my contrib package without messing up with the core app.

After installation go to the example page we implemented the classic socket.io chat server.

It just got renamed to socket and moved to git.mean.io
https://git.mean.io/linnovate/socket
To install simply run mean install socket
