cinnamon: Program Icons On Panel Rearrange When Turning Off Monitor And Turning Monitor Back On

Hi,

Running Cinnamon.
When I turn off my monitor and turn the monitor back on,
my program icons on panel rearrange themselves?

Monitor is connected via HDMI.
I attached my system specifications.
