OpenCCForSigil v0.2.6

Download

Install the ZIP matching the operating system, architecture, and CPython ABI
used by Sigil's plugin process. The Fat Plugin covers the five CPython
3.14/cp314 targets; Linux x86_64 with CPython 3.12/cp312 has its own platform
package.

Install the ZIP through Sigil's plugin manager. GitHub's automatically
generated source archives are not installable plugins.

Changes

  • Add stable-ID rule search, applicability filters, full-text details, and
    explicit handling for unfinished editor drafts.
  • Make the rule manager fit ordinary screens, keep the table usable, collapse
    advanced settings and sandbox content, and keep save controls reachable.
  • Show empty replacement targets as deletions and make whitespace-only targets
    visible while preserving their stored values.
  • Preserve ruleset persistence and rule ownership/semantics during editing;
    keep import/export semantics, per-occurrence preview decisions, and sandbox
    hit/stage reporting accurate.
  • Enforce output budgets for source, pre-, and post-replacement rules.

Automated validation

The pre-tag release-candidate workflow
passed on commit 8b02a4d9c43d4e150b555f8e23e91fe59bdf5bf3. All six runtime
payload jobs, cross-platform Jieba comparison, package assembly, and six
runtime smoke jobs passed.

The tagged release workflow
also passed, including all six runtime smoke jobs, asset attestations, and
publication. The downloaded Release contains seven ZIPs and
SHA256SUMS.txt; tools/release_assets.py validated all eight assets, all
seven ZIP checksums matched, and GitHub provenance verification passed for all
eight files. The Fat Plugin is 29,509,760 bytes; each platform ZIP is below
7,000,000 bytes.

Remaining acceptance

Installation, conversion, save, and reopen have not been tested in a real
Sigil host. Host acceptance remains Not verified.
