What do these numbers mean? Would you be able to refer to a specific commit within LLVM?

9036e2359 is (the prefix of) the llvm-project commit that the mlir-python-bindings was built with: llvm/llvm-project@9036e2359

20251117 is the date on which the github action that does the build was run: https://github.com/llvm/eudsl/blob/3457736289668af44029ec64ec88e21b2970f7ec/.github/workflows/build_mlir_python_bindings_wheel.yml#L362

Will merge this so that we can merge #12 soon (it now requires the updated transform op bindings).

Going forward, these bump PRs will be hooked up to CI so that we first make sure that a bump doesn't break our tests. CI is up next on the roster.
