llvm.org/pubs needs a maintainer

There are no papers listed for 2011, this can't be so. It would be great for someone to take over responsibility for maintaining/updating this page.

I can take over responsibility for the publications page (Research! Om nom nom nom nom!) That said, I'm really tied up with other responsibilities until Dec. 9, but if we've waited this long, I don't think 2.5 more weeks will hurt.

The only thing I ask is that we not add my email address as a link on the pubs page. We should either have it sent to llvmdev or some other mailing list or do the name "at" somewhere "dot" thing to prevent it from being scraped by spammers.

Great, thanks John, I really appreciate it! I'll email you some links and info offline. I'll let you decide what to do with the web page, maybe llvm-admin or some other list would make sense. You can do what makes sense to you.
