Why Are you requesting commit access ?

I'm a long-time developer, and while I am more active on some downstream projects, I still try to contribute back to LLVM from time to time. Recently I landed a series of patches to better use string tables, etc.

I've had commit access for a long time, but recently it continued working because I happen to have been an admin for the GitHub organization, and so I didn't end up in the official team. Filing this to get added to the official GitHub team going forward.
