Why Are you requesting commit access

I started working on the ClangIR upstreaming effort recently along with @erichkeane, @dkolsen-pgi and @andykaylor. I have one PR merged, a couple more in flight and there will be much more to come. Commit access would allow me to add reviewers to my patches and merge code.
