`auto-subscribe` job from `PR Subscriber` workflow failing with "401 Bad credentials"

Happening on #162246 (and happening consistently, rerunning doesn't help). [Here's a failing run](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/actions/runs/18307969773/job/52129991799). Looks to be a repeat of issue #101183?
