Why Are you requesting commit access ?

Hi, I work for Nvidia and specifically on the NVVM dialect / NVPTX / general LLVM middle end work, and I will be continuing to contribute more to LLVM going forward. This would allow me to be able to merge my patches directly without having to bug someone else to merge them after an approval.
