Why Are you requesting commit access ?

Hey everyone, my name is Julius Alexandre and I am a Compiler Engineer at Trail of Bits.
Currently our team is working on adding constant-time support across LLVM target backends. We’ve initially shared our approach and proposal in https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-constant-time-coding-support/87781 and plan on submitting a few PRs.

I've also done some contributions for ClangIR and SandboxIR. I plan on doing more contributions for ClangIR.
