Add a verbose option to `version` and include the "build configuration" in the command output

Add a verbose option to version and include the "build configuration" (i.e. the data currently collected in SBDebugger::GetBuildConfiguration) in the version command output. We should also consider doing the same thing for lldb --version. This would allow users to quickly identify if their version of LLDB was built with support for xml/curl/python/lua etc.

Wouldn't this make more sense under version -v? That's where I'd think to look for it since it is just verbose version information.

Yes, I meant version, not help and I was surprisingly consistent in repeating my mistake...
