It would be great if this change could make it in the 5.0 release cycle, as it significantly improves performance of commercial benchmarks using AES instructions on most ARM cores implementing AES instruction fusion.

Looks fine for 5.0. AArch64ExpandPseudoInsts could be simplified by just calling "setDesc" rather than recreating a new instruction but that's a harmless issue.

Thanks! I'll submit a small change simplifying AArch64ExpandPseudoInsts later today, but I don't think there's any reason this needs to go in 5.0.
