Implement a mechanism to give feedback on office hours

There probably should be a way to give feedback on the experience of office hours sessions. For example, if a host no longer hosts an office hours, but forgot to remove the information from the website, there should be a way to report that so that information keeps on being up-to-date.

Two-time verification just like we did in other sites, we can add two-time verification feature to ensure that the person is available or not, first one when he decided to participate and second when he actually at the spot. If he clears both the verification than we know that person is available but if first one is done and second one is still not done so it's clearly mean that person has some reasons to not attend the meeting. For not getting any other problems in our way we just add a reminder on it so that we can assure that the person is really unavailable0, not just forget to verify.
