[MC] .section parsed incorrectly

Extended Description

On a ELF system, compile

.section "foo"

and check the output of readelf -S. Expected output is a section with name foo, but created is a section with name "fo.

[llvmbot]

The fix is a bit more involved since gas handles the quotes differently in

.section "foo"
and
.section bar-"foo"

Fixed in 124127.
