Help wanted on my requirement on Lambda fucntion creation

This is Fantastic article!. I am very much impressed.
I am new to AWS Lambda, I got the requirement like below. Kindly guide me to the above solution is feasible to my requirement or do I need to create it from scratch? Appreciate your support!.

My Requirement.

I need to create main fucntion and the source would be S3...

The lambda fucntion that creates the infra ( consist of Kinesis streams, even handler lambda, router lambda, Garbage collector lambda, even source mappings) for a given even map. The lambda is triggered on insert of event map configuration file ( JSON File) in the s3 event map bucket.
