remove /index on snoop station URL

/index caused a 404 error, https://snoopstation.com/ is the correct URL. I noticed this and wanted to fix it!

That website is a time-hole anyway. It takes the user through multiple click-through artificial loading pages so they'll invest 15 minutes of their life, then charges for the information.
