What's New

A major update focused on multi-host observability, security, and team-scale access control.

Observability & Telemetry

• Store and query historical logs — Container logs are stored persistently, so you can search and browse what happened weeks or months ago, not just watch a live stream.
• Store and query historical metrics — CPU, memory, network, and disk usage metrics are stored long-term, giving you charts, trends, and the ability to look back at past performance.
• Structured telemetry pipeline — Metrics and logs are collected through a proper telemetry pipeline with consistent formatting, rather than ad-hoc scraping.
• Distributed tracing — Trace requests as they flow across services to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and failures.
• Data quality monitoring — The system watches the health of incoming telemetry itself and alerts you if data stops flowing or degrades in quality.
• Toggle monitoring per container — Enable or disable telemetry collection on individual containers without removing them, so you only gather data on what matters.

Alerting

• Silence alerts temporarily — Suppress specific alerts for a defined period (e.g., during planned maintenance) without disabling or deleting the rule.
• Alert audit trail — Every rule change (create, edit, enable, disable, delete) is logged with who changed it and when, giving you a full history of rule modifications.
• Alert statistics dashboard — A dedicated page with historical charts showing alert volume, trends, and patterns over time.
• Bulk rule operations — Select multiple alert rules and perform actions (enable, disable, delete) on all of them at once.
• Richer alert detail view — A detailed modal showing full alert context, metadata, triggering values, and related container information.
• Keyword settings management — Centrally manage and organize the keywords used for log-based alert matching.

Notifications

• Async notification delivery — Notifications are processed in a background worker queue, so a slow email server or unresponsive webhook won't block or delay other alerts.
• Notification routing rules — Define rules that control which alerts go to which channels, with a default rule and custom overrides.
• Notification preferences per user — Each user can set their own delivery preferences beyond just choosing channels.
• Advanced YAML configuration — Power users can configure notification routing with a YAML editor for complex setups.
• Export notification config — Download your notification configuration for backup or migration.

User Interface

• Unified single dashboard — Everything is consolidated into one cohesive portal instead of three separate web apps on different ports.
• Container grid view — Choose between a table view and a visual grid/card layout for browsing containers, with your preference remembered.
• Advanced filter sidebar — A dedicated filter panel for narrowing down containers by status, host, labels, and other attributes.
• Host selector — Quickly filter your container view to a specific host from a dropdown, rather than scrolling through everything.
• Integrated alerts tab per container — View alerts specific to a container directly within its detail page, alongside logs, terminal, and files.

Remote Monitoring

• Monitor containers across multiple machines — Deploy lightweight agents to any device on your network and monitor all their containers from a single central dashboard.
• Central hub + remote agents architecture — A central hub runs on one machine, and small, lightweight agents are deployed to every other machine you want to monitor. The agents phone home to the hub, so you never need to open ports or expose Docker on remote hosts.
• Single agent per host — Each remote agent is a single lightweight container that handles everything: container discovery, health reporting, log collection, and metrics streaming. No extra sidecars or services to manage on the remote machine.
• Agent enrollment workflow — Adding a new remote host generates a ready-to-run Docker command with a one-time enrollment token. Paste it on the remote machine and the agent connects automatically.
• Agent health dashboard — See all your remote agents at a glance with online/offline status, container counts, and last-seen timestamps.
• Agent decommissioning — Cleanly remove a remote host from monitoring when you no longer need it, rather than just disconnecting.

Security

• Automatic HTTPS with built-in certificate authority — A private certificate authority is included that automatically issues and renews TLS certificates, so HTTPS works out of the box.
• Mutual TLS for agent communication — Remote agents authenticate with client certificates, ensuring only enrolled agents can send data.
• Built-in reverse proxy — A production-ready reverse proxy is included, handling HTTPS termination and routing without needing to configure Nginx or Caddy separately.
• CSRF protection — Cross-site request forgery protection is built into all form submissions.
• Internal service-to-service authentication — Backend services authenticate to each other with shared secrets, preventing unauthorized internal API calls.
• Session validation — Active session verification to ensure tokens haven't been revoked or expired.
• Encrypted credential storage — All notification channel secrets (API keys, webhook URLs, SMTP passwords) are encrypted at rest in the database.

RBAC & Team Management

• Organization and team management — Create organizations, invite team members, and manage access across your team from a central portal.
• Role-based access control — Assign roles (SuperUser, Admin, Developer, Viewer) to control who can view, edit, or act on containers, alerts, and settings.
• Team-based permissions — Organize users into teams and assign teams to host groups, so each team only sees and manages the infrastructure they're responsible for.
• Per-member role overrides — Fine-tune permissions for individual team members without changing the entire team's access level.
• Host group scoping — Group Docker hosts together and assign access by group, so teams only interact with the hosts they own.
• Permission resolver — Effective permissions are automatically computed from a user's role, team memberships, and host group assignments, so there's no guesswork about who can do what.

Infrastructure & Reliability

• Central hub + lightweight agents architecture — The platform is built around a central hub that coordinates everything, with lightweight agents deployed across your infrastructure. This separation means the hub handles processing, storage, and the UI, while agents stay minimal and easy to deploy.
• Production-grade database — Data is stored in PostgreSQL, supporting larger deployments, concurrent users, and better reliability.
• Real-time event streaming between services — Services communicate through event streams, ensuring alerts, container events, and notifications flow reliably even under heavy load.
• Background task processing — Heavy operations (notifications, telemetry processing) run in dedicated background workers so the main application stays responsive.
• Scalable pub/sub messaging — A publish/subscribe layer powers real-time updates across all connected clients and services.
