Following the old directions would lead to crashes at raw ingest time, since we don't have raws for those instruments.
READ_UNCOMMITTED is not appropriate for PostgreSQL databases, and if the reader has been following the instructions above, the default port is taken by the registry DB.
gs URIs now work correctly, and are the preferred way to access Google Storage repositories.
