cross reference Parsl issue Parsl/parsl#3924 which has some notes on Parsl's 3.14 support:

tl;dr:

• the Parsl test suite breaks because Globus Compute doesn't support 3.14, but that doesn't directly stop Parsl core itself from working

• the biggest/only non-test-suite problem is that dill needs to be v0.4.0 for Python 3.14, something that is not currently expessed in Parsl packaging dependencies
