is codecommit repo supported ?

Hello,
I would like to know if AWS Codecommit repos are supported, from the documentation I can see git repos are supported only, can you please confirm

By using "AWS Codecommit trigger " plugin for jenkins, and setup build configuration to be triggered whenever there is a codecommit push, when I pass BRANCH parameter it is not detected.

Any idea ?
