Override permission of Resource

I want to change the permissions of the Base Resources. There is no method to override it as per the resource extension docs

For example, I want to add more deep permission like: viewResource, editResource etc.

Please guide me if I can somehow add and override the default permission set.

Note: I do not want to fork the package or use vcs

This won't be something we'll look to implement unfortunately, based upon the project's direction.

The best approach would probably be to extend the resource classes and do it that way.

I have tried extending the Resource, in my case ActivityResourceExtension, and registered it in AppServoceProvider as:

public function register(): void
{
    LunarPanel::extensions([
        ActivityResource::class => ActivityResourceExtension::class,
    ])
}

Even if I redeclare the protected property of $permission in ActivityResourceExtension, that permission is not being used by the Resource.

As you say, the extension system doesn't support changing permissions.

What I mean is extending the actual Filament resource class and registering it in the panel.
