Could not run 'battle-server-manager' error

My friend and I got the game and tried to play on LAN. I should mention that we are both on Linux, and we have made the switch recently, so maybe something is not installed properly.

We tried to play online normally, but it was too laggy (we have bad internet). We figured out to choose the LAN server from server list, but we both couldn't see the game room on either side. He invited me to the game as we were both on steam, and upon entry, an error about BattleServer.exe occurred.

A little googling, and we found this project and though that this could solve it. But encountered the following error upon the launch of launcher/start_age2.sh

Make sure you disable the cloud saves in the launcher settings to avoid issues.

Again, battle server is causing some issue? I don't even know what is that.

I am sorry in advance if this question is too vague and unprofessional. This is the best I can do at explaining this.

Thanks for the report, that error is a bit difficult to understand is just "ErrSignal" - very few people use the launcher/battle-server-manager on linux so there are probably some bugs. Can you set in the launcher config.toml file 'Log' to true and re-run it and send the logs at luskaner at gmail dot com? (to avoid sharing sensitive info public) ;)

PS: You can also try depending on the built-in battle-server without using the manager by setting Run in Server.BattleServerManager to either false or required (also config.toml file of the launcher).
