PySimpleGUI 4 no longer exists

Running utilities/install_requirements.py fails now because the required PySimpleGUI version of 4.60.3 no longer exists. According to PySimpleGUI documentation, version 4 has been sunsetted in favor of version 5.

The report claims that version 5 is backward compatible with version 4. I've attempted using the device manager with version 5 and it seems to run fine, but version 5 now requires a license so an alternative may be needed.
