Introduction

This repo is to keep the heatmap and ggplot2 package alive. I am not intend to develop new features, but if you'll send pull requests I'm willing to review them.

Installation

To install the stable version on CRAN:

install.packages('pheatmap')

install.packages('ggplot2')

And you may load the package using:

library("pheatmap")

library("ggplot2")
