Can't Scroll in Editor (the input field)

Describe the Issue

After putting information into the editor I cannot scroll through what was typed. I have to click in and then scroll, but the defeats the purpose of being able to type in the editor and see the markdown styling. I would suggest doing it the same way as textArea where you can decide how big you want the box if at all possible

Steps to Reproduce

scroll through editor. Stops at a certain point. Have to click inside.

Expected Behavior

Keep scrolling with as much text is available.
