Kognix: Public Beta Release 🚀

Welcome to the first public testing build of Kognix – a privacy-first, fully offline cognitive training application.

If you are coming from Reddit or other communities to test the app, simply download the Kognix.v0.9.0-beta.apk file below!

🧠 What is Kognix?

It is an adaptive brain-training toolkit featuring 5 scientifically validated modules:

  • Dual N-Back: Enhances working memory capacity.
  • Stroop Test: Measures cognitive flexibility and inhibition.
  • Digit Span: Trains numerical working memory.
  • eCorsi Test: Evaluates visuospatial memory.
  • Memory Palace: Trains associative memory.

📲 How to Install (Android)

  1. Scroll down to the Assets section at the bottom of this page.
  2. Tap on Kognix.v0.9.0-beta.apk to download it.
  3. Open the downloaded file.
  4. If prompted, grant your browser or file manager permission to "Install unknown apps".
  5. Install and launch Kognix.

⚠️ Beta Testing & Usage Notes

  • Telemetry is temporarily ON: This specific beta .apk includes Wiredash (for in-app user feedback) and Firebase (for crash reporting) to help identify bugs. The final release will be strictly offline.

  • Feedback: If you encounter bugs or have feature ideas, please use the feedback button directly inside the app!

  • Medical Disclaimer: This application is not a medical device. It is intended for general cognitive training only and should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical or psychological conditions.
