enh: update used helm-charts to the latest versions

• Updated used helm charts to the latest versions

I had some troubles with deploying VictoriaMetrics helm release. There was an error during deploy:

So, that's why I updated depends_on meta-argument and added helm_release.ingress_nginx there. It helped to solve the issue.
