Updated aws-load-balancer-controller, cert-manager, cluster-autoscaler, external-secrets, gitlab-runner, ingress-nginx, istio, keda, kiali, kube-prometheus-stack, loki-stack, reloader, tigera-operator, victoria-metrics-k8s-stack.
