Admin Logo Home Link Holds Wrong Url While Navigating to various Menu Items

Hi Mage-Team,

     While testing on magento2 dev32 i have noticed that visiting various menu items in Admin sections and then after clicking on Admin Logo Home Link it gives wrong Url and redirect to incorrect Page so kindly confirm and check the issue, still i do not have drill out it in detail in code either i have try to resolve it and made a pull request.

The admin design and implementation will undergoing significant changes right now. All of this (menu, header) will be changed. Could you please check back the issue when the changes will be available on github?

This won't be resolved until the new design is merged which will take at least two months more. Could you please check it then?

I have tested on dev39 & dev40. Issue seems to be resolved. Still i am on going testing until you want launch
final release and report if any type of issue(s) i find.
