Update button on payment checkout is not proper alligned

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.3.0 with sample data
2. Php Version 7.2
3. open frontend on mobile view 360 X 640

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Go to frontend
2. Add product to cart
3. Goto Checkout
4. On Payment Information uncheck the box of My billing and shipping address are the same
5. Go down and check update button

Expected result (*)

1. No design issues

Actual result (*)

1. Update button is too close with Phone Number field
