shopping cart doesn't show products in cart.

The shopping cart will say there are no products in the cart, while the cart icon at the top of the Luma theme accurately displays cart contents. Noticed this when I went to checkout, then backed up to the cart.

Could you please specify steps to reproduce this? Did you complete checkout?
