Guest can not checkout if customer address has custom attributes of different types

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Admin
2. Add custom customer address attributes of all possible types (Store -> Attributes -> Customer Address):
   -- text field
   -- text area
   -- multiple line
   -- date
   -- dropdown (with values)
   -- multiple select (with values)
   -- yes/no
   -- file
   -- image
3. Add product to cart
4. Start checkout process as guest
5. Fill all values at shipping information step
6. Pass to next step

Actual result:
(-) Some attributes have normal values
(-) Some attributes have some ids instead of values
(-) is shown in some cases

Expected Result:
(/) Values for all attributes are shown correctly
