Review web server config files

.htaccess and nginx.conf files distributed with Magento need to be reviewed to identify and fix missed options with regard to PHP8. Here is example https://php.watch/versions/8.0/mod_php-rename

 

AC:

• New required options added
• Outdated options removed
• Magento works fine with PHP8, Apache, Nginx
• use value from nginx.conf.sample for maxexecutiontime in .htaccess
