Problem with showing preview of the Page Builder in the admin panel

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.4
• PHP 7.4

Steps to reproduce

We upgraded our webshop to Magento 2.4.4 from Magento 2.3.7-p1, but for now, we have to use PHP 7.4. After this, I saw that preview in the admin panel doesn't show components that we added before the upgrade.

Expected result

We want to see all components in the preview

All components aren't shown in the preview, but they are shown in frontend:

Additionally, I found this error in dev tool : [ERROR] Failed to load the "Magento_PageBuilder/content-type/column/full-height/preview" template requested by "undefined".

Thank you for reporting and collaboration. Verified this issue on both 2.4-develop branch and 2.4.4 after upgrading from 2.3.7-p1 versions but could not able to reproduce the issue with below steps followed.
Note. FYI: Magento 2.4.4 requires PHP 8.1 but not 7.4. Kindly check the system requirements and any 3rd party extensions/modules enabled are causing this issue and provide missing steps if any if the issue is still reproducible.
Steps performed:

1. Installed Magento 2.3.7-P1 with php 7.4
2. Created new page (Content - Pages) - with page builder content and save
3. Upgraded to 2.4.4. Ref guide
4. Upgraded PHP version to 8.1
5. Admin - Content - Pages - Edit page - Preview page builder content - No issue. All content is displayed in preview
6. User is also able to add content with page builder and save

I found a solution to this issue. A problem was in creating template/preview.html. I had to change all the attributes that have this syntax:
<render args="getOptions().template"/>
And I changed this syntax to this:
<render args="getOptions().template"> </render>
and that goes for every phrase.

instead of:
<span repeat="8"/>
