Performance improvement on the front-end

It would be interesting if magento minify/unify all JS and CSS files. Something like this project: https://github.com/arthurfigueiredo/css-compressor

@arthurfigueiredo In fact, minification of JavaScript is already available. On-the-fly minification can be enabled through the system configuration ADVANCED -> Developer -> JavaScript Settings -> Minify JavaScript Files. In addition, if to place *.min.js file next to original file, the system would use it instead of performing minifycation in run-time.
