Description (*)

AC-2039 and 32b3a36 already upgraded TinyMCE to >= 5.10, and only the reference in magento/magento2-base is wrong.

Thank you for the report and collaboration!

In AC-2039, TinyMCE has been upgraded to 5.10 but in composer.json the reference to TinyMCE is 3.4.7.
Hence issue can be confirmed.
