Demo notice overlapping.

When enabling the demo store notice, in the backend, the message goes over the submenu.

Also, on frontend the demo notice appears at the bottom of the page.
Not sure if this is a feature, but in my opinion this is wrong. At the bottom of the page can be easily missed.
