Magento 2.1.0 Order confirmation emails are not sending for credit card payments, it is fine with other option

In my client store, order confirmation emails are not sending to customer or admin after placing an order successfully via credit card.

The emails are sending normally to customer and admin if the customer is paying Check / Money Order

Can you please help me on this?
