Corrected @param in comment block

The parameters mentioned in the comment block above constructor are not identical with the parameters passed in the constructor.

Description

Replaced \Magento\Backend\Helper\Data parameter with \Magento\Backend\Model\UrlInterface to make them identical with contructor.
