[MFTF] using StorefrontOpenHomePageActionGroup for navigation to Home Page #27526

Description (*)

This PR removes
<amOnPage url="{{StorefrontHomePage.url}}" stepKey="goToHomePage"/>
<waitForPageLoad stepKey="waitForHomePageToload"/>

and add StorefrontOpenHomePageActionGroup instead
<actionGroup ref="StorefrontOpenHomePageActionGroup" stepKey="goToHomePage"/>
