The <br /> tag sometimes contains a space, sometimes doesn't. This PR makes them consistent in the HTML definition. Additionally, the PDF definition includes | separators sometimes within the depend, sometimes not. These have been made consistent.

I've updated the git user to be associated with my chickenland account, but it's still saying "Douglas Radburn" needs to sign the CLA. |
