Never mind. I found the way, and open my request. |

Choose any gateway-bluetooth you can find. There's plenty on amzn or aliexpress or whatever platform you can think of. Starting from 5 bucks to any price ( mine was less then 10 bucks ). |

Thank you very much. I’ve done that, and the device does appear in Home Assistant. However, I can’t control the robot through Home Assistant, though the status indicators (Mowing, Returning, or Docked) do work. In the Tuya Smart Life app, I can start mowing and also return the robot to the station by first pausing mowing, then canceling mowing, and then clicking on “Station.” In Home Assistant, I only have the controls “Cancel Mowing,” “Continue Mowing,” “Start Fixed Mowing,” and “Tuya Gateway” (which actually displays the mower’s status as docked, mowing, or returning and isn’t a control). Am I doing something wrong? Or how can I set it up so I can control the robot from Home Assistant? Or do I have to use the official Tuya integration and go through the cloud? |

And @Pigi-102 now I'm having the same problem. I uninstalled Tuya Local, installed the official Tuya integration, uninstalled that too, and now I want to reinstall Tuya Local. But when I try to select a device, I only see the ones shown in your screenshot, the robot isn't there anymore. How did you fix this? |

Thanks for this guide, I managed to get my Parkside mower working. Unfortunately, I am having issues with status updates. Commands like starting the mower work, but the state (docked, mowing, battery level, etc.) does not update reliably in Home Assistant. Sometimes reloading the integration helps, but not always. In some cases, opening the Smart Life app seems to trigger an update, although it can still take a while. Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be related to the BLE gateway itself? Are there any gateway models known to work more reliably with tuya-local, or are there other recommended solutions/workarounds? Any advice would be appreciated. |

ok, thanks for your support. But why doesn't that bother you? Doesn't that mean I have to keep opening the Smart Life app so the status updates and I can restart the robot? If it would at least reset itself once a day, it would work out somehow. Or does it work for you? |

Hello all.
I own ione of this mower and works correctly with the tuya smart app.
On the app it has all the required configuration options, and can be managed ( start, go home, program and so on ) correctly from the app.
I would like to ask for a "new device" but the log in HA does not show nothing at all.
It is connected via a wifi-bluetooth gateway, and I have also created an account on tuya iot cloud so I can access to all information.
When trying to configure it in the tuya-local I can use my smart life id:
But after adding the gateway IP I only get a list of devices that are not related to a mower or even a cleaner:

If I choose the option for poll device I get the same list of objects for configure.
What's the correct procedure to open this "new device" ?
Thanks in advance.
