Mobile view for assignment page for instructor and student was not working as expected.
Expected behaviour

The mobile view for assignment page supposed to align well
Actual behaviour
Tell us what happens instead.
The mobile view does not align well and containers are colliding

- Run DevU and then go to the assignment page
- Inspect Tool and look at it in mobile view
- The options box and assignment container collide
