git clone https://github.com/MalekAG/claude-code-setup.git
cd claude-code-setup
# Open Claude Code here — it reads CLAUDE.md and knows how to install everything
Option B: Run the Installer
git clone https://github.com/MalekAG/claude-code-setup.git
cd claude-code-setup
bash install.sh
Option C: Manual Installation
See docs/SETUP-GUIDE.md for step-by-step instructions.
Claude Code CLI (installed and authenticated)
Git Bash (Windows only — install via Git for Windows )
Python 3 (optional — only needed for web-search.py and some skill scripts)
jq (for the status line script — usually pre-installed on Mac/Linux)
The core workflow this setup enforces:
Write code → code-reviewer (reports issues) → qa (runs tests) → Fix → Ship
Both agents run in parallel. You only ship after both pass. This catches bugs before they reach production without slowing you down.

Change the Notification Sound
Place any .mp3 file at ~/.claude/notification.mp3. Falls back to Windows chimes if not found. On Mac/Linux, notifications use terminal bell (\a).
Edit ~/.claude/settings.json:
"defaultMode": "default" — asks before each tool use (recommended)
"defaultMode": "bypassPermissions" — no permission prompts (power user — only if you trust all installed skills/agents)
"allow": [...] — pre-approve specific tools even in default mode
The enabledPlugins section controls Claude Code plugins (installed separately via the plugin system). Toggle true/false as needed.
"ANTHROPIC_DEFAULT_HAIKU_MODEL" : " claude-sonnet-4-6" ,
"ANTHROPIC_DEFAULT_SONNET_MODEL" : " claude-sonnet-4-6"
This routes all "haiku" and "sonnet" subagent requests to Sonnet 4.6. Change these to use different models for different agent tiers.
