Connect Terminal Component to CLI Service

Wire up the Blazor terminal component to receive real-time output from CLI processes through the service layer.Technical Details:

Use Blazor's built-in SignalR connection
Implement streaming from service to component
Handle input from terminal to CLI process
Definition of Done:

✅ Terminal displays CLI output in real-time
✅ Can send commands to CLI process
✅ Multiple terminal sessions supported
✅ Handles process exit gracefully
✅ Error messages displayed properly
